I got tired of the default backgrounds when logging in to my account and when I press Ctrl+Alt+Del
I know its only for a few seconds but the pictures suck
so, I searched for a way to change it and here is the small program

I didn't make the program so I take no credit for it, but the tutorial is all me
I uploaded to mediafire, in the original zip I downloaded with the small exception of the tutorial I included if the file
You can either install the program or run it from the zip, which ever you prefer
